Things to consider when selecting a caterer!
#1 A realistic Budget to fit your desired food needs. (Food prices are astronomical right now)
#2 Guest count (sometimes in order to get the best bang for your budget... You'll need to trim the guest count)
#3 A true professional and licensed caterer with credentials is NOT catering your event for $9-15 per person.
#4 Per person price is NOT just food. It covers your linen, plates, cups, non alcoholic beverages, set up, hourly rate to be at your event, insurance, staffing, clean up, chaffing rental, fuel, ect. So once again you can't realistically think in this day and climate that you'll get full service catering for $2000 for 100-150 ppl. Just not feasible!
#5 Dates are NOT solidified until deposit is paid. Until then your date is for everybody.
#6 Please read over terms and conditions thoroughly for payment/deposit deadlines.... (I'm firm with stating time due and failure to not communicate with me PRIOR to deadline will cancel your date and it will not be reinstated as per those conditions.
#7 ALL of our supplies, food, insurance, ect. Has gone up. Prices are non-negotiable!
#8 Plan ahead if you need more payment time to get all the desires of your heart.
#9 I don't work at all for exposure or pro bono(unless I've reached out to you) so stop selling your pitch for me to do so. I want what's due to me as you want what's due to you.
#10 When inquiries are needed please send them to [email protected]. I do not communicate business on my personal page and I respond much faster due to the volume of inquiries I get a day via email NOT via messenger on the business page.
I look forward to serving you all! And always thank you for your consideration of Tee's Southern Kitchen!
