The Wedding Bowl in is a gorgeous setting with endless ocean views… but also wind (brought my wind m**f for the mic!), no outlets (brought my battery powered equipment), very limited parking, and wildlife like squirrels and seagulls (pictured!). But good preparation from a photographer makes all the difference. I’d highly recommend Anita, not only for organization but for ease of working together. Cheers to the beautiful couple in a lovely setting!

Era especial porque comunicaba en español con el equipo de producción. This was special because I worked with a mostly Spanish-speaking production team to create a show for this corporate event at the beautiful Park Hyatt Aviara. I love practicing Spanish but it was a little tricky when discussing logistics and details for my performance. I met so many positive, energetic sales reps and got a special welcome from the CEO. Era una audiencia muy divertida y bailábamos

When and told me about their idea to surprise guests with a sax player who would start the dance floor between cocktails and dinner, I have to admit that I loved it. But It was even better than I dreamed! We made some magic that evening on the dance floor, setting the tone for the rest of the reception 💃 🎷 It was such a pleasure working with amazing vendors

Taking it back to one of my favorite The bride asked me to pop out of the kitchen during their first dance. The surprise for the guests went over great!! Only issue: due to health regs, I couldn’t wait in the kitchen. I had to make my surprise entrance from outside the building, then through the little hallway, and out I popped onto the dance floor 🕺🏻 🎷 Working with the couple as well as these esteemed vendors made it smooth!

9-time Grammy nominated, radio and sax icon, Dave Koz! One of my sax highlights this year was meeting who was signing autographs and CDs at an event I was playing. Needless to say, I felt nervous performing sax in front of a legend, but Dave was so personable, humble and supportive. It was one of those amazing .co moments, bringing together ideas and people. I can’t wait to see him at Balboa Theatre in San Diego next Thursday!
