Always on the menu, always fresh, always made to order — our gyro is definitely something to chirp about. 🥙✨ Grab yours later this week (schedule drops Tuesday).
Our tow vehicle is back in action, and we’re rolling again — hopefully with better luck than last week’s dice game. 🎲🚚 The downtime wasn’t wasted though… we knocked on doors, signed new contracts, and lined up some exciting new adventures.

We regret to inform y’all that we won’t be able to set up at Queen’s Reward today. Unfortunately, our tow vehicle hit an electrical snag and is temporarily out of commission.
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience—sometimes the unexpected just pops up on the road. 💔
We’re working hard to get everything fixed and rolling again so we can get back out there serving up the best grub in North Mississippi. 🍔🍗🌮

Thank you Pittsboro for another amazing night serving not only our locals but the roping teams. We had a ball, our office view amazing as always…. I even got a good friend to come step in with me and help make my night a lot easier.

We will be ceasing operations at this time due to heat advisories. While we do have air conditioning inside the food truck, at the end of the day it is a metal box with multiple cooking and warming devices making it impossible to keep at tolerable temperatures. Today, it reached 140 inside making us sick from the heat. Thank your patience during this time, and just know, when it’s safe to operate again, we will make sure you get grubby with us in the best way! We will announce a schedule once this heat wave weakens and we can work in tolerable conditions again. We love you all! Stay safe out there and stay hydrated!!
