We had such a wonderful double weekend of our Dinner and a Movie!
Guests dined family style on a menu that featured over a dozen authenitc Italian dishes while watching the film, Nonnas. It was an evening full of new friends, grateful hearts, and very full bellies.

Catch our next Dinner and a Movie in October! Featuring a menu to die for, paired perhaps with a nice Chianti…

Guests of this in-home dinner party enjoyed appetizers such as:

-Roasted asparagus, serrano jamon, balsamic glaze, parmesan
-Wanton ahi tuna poke bowl, avocado, sesame seeds
-Zucchini canapes, herbed goat cheese, porcini mushroom glaze
-Braised ribs, polenta

Followed by:

-Field greens, arugula, fennel, radicchio, shaved parmesan, honey lemon thyme vinaigrette
-Filet mignon, mushroom demi glace
-Elk filet, mushrooms & blackberry sauce
-Scallops, cream corn, bacon, asparagus
-Hasselback potato
-Pan roasted vegetables

And nothing wraps up a dinner party quite like a dirt dessert, complete with gummy worm.

Congratulations to the newlyweds!
Lindsey & Mike were married at Brady's Run Park surrounded by 230 of their loving friends and family.

Appetizers Included:

-Grazing Station with Cheese, Meats, Fruit, Vegetables
-Coconut Shrimp, Pineapple Mango Dipping Sauce
-Caprese Crostinis
-Chicken Skewers with Spicy Lime Sauce

Dinner Included:

-Shrimp Scampi with Linguine
-Grilled Chicken, Spanish Yellow Rice, Chorizo Cream Sauce
-Beef Tips & Noodles
-Oven Roasted Potatoes
-Oven Roasted Green Beans
-Pierogi Station
(Toppings to Include: Carmelized Onions, Chives,
Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Bacon Crumbles).

Finished off with dessert tables that you did not want to miss out on!
