The Threads Fashion Show is an annual celebration showcasing student work from the Textiles and Fash

Threads is an annual celebration showcasing student work from the Textile and Apparel Design Program in the School of Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. This large-scale design and fashion event is produced with collaborative participation of students across the campus. With music, lights, dance, and runway, Threads seeks to engage the Madison community in the excitement and appreciation of contemporary design.

This gorgeous textile was made by the husband and wife duo of Zakiya Adil Khatri Adil will be teaching a bandhani workshop in Dodgeville on 11/19. He's a master dyer and really able to communicate his love for the craft. I highly recommend taking the class. You'll have a blast!

Wisconsin friends! This beautiful textile was woven by Pachan Premji Siju. He will be giving a workshop in Dodgeville on 11/17. He's a master weaver, thoughtful human being and just a fun guy. Consider signing up for the workshop!
