Save the Dates A deposit of 50% of the total order price must be taken to confirm your stationery and creation slot.
2. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed. Please feel free to discuss with me at any point.
3. The balance payment is due on complet

ion and prior to posting.
4. Payments must be made via BACS or Paypal.
5. Customers paying by cheque will only have their creation slot confirmed once the cheque has cleared.
6. Your stationary is due to be ready for the agreed time frame, unless payment is late, and this will delay postage of your products. Postage fees will be quoted on completion of order. Postage will be charged accordingly in regard to weight and size of invitations and stationery.
8. If you live locally, collection for your stationary can be arranged.
9. All orders are sent via Royal Mail, anything of a hight weight may be subject to be sent via DPD or Hermes. You will be notified when your order is complete and ready to be shipped. Most of our designs are printed on 250gsm (unless Gatefold which is 190gsm)
11. All pages and envelope colours etc must be pre agreed before quotes and designs can be fulfilled.
12. Your designs will be saved if you require additional prints after your initial order has been posted.
13. A proof of your wedding invitations will be sent to you via our agreed channel, preferably WhatsApp as Facebook can distort images. It is essential that you check proof thoroughly to ensure are no spelling errors and all information is correct.
14. Printing will not commence on your invitations until all proofs have been approved by yourselves.
15. Any changes to invitations and stationery requested after your approval and printing has commenced may incur an extra cost.
16. Please note that when you provide your information, I mainly copy and paste. However, this is not always possible, and some information may be typed. Due to this reason, human error is inevitable. It is your responsibility on receipt of proofs to check all spelling and information is correct. Always had a passion for creating and when i fell into the world of weddings i knew id found the perfect craft for me.

I post many photos but all my work is fully customised to each client, where one client wants whats in the photos, it can then be customised differently to another.
