A holiday to Spain was well needed and full of some amazing food and fresh produce, just like this fantastic salad. 😋

However I'm back to work now and gearing up for a busy summer. Lots of exciting work lined up, including a SOLD OUT tasting menu at 🙏

Tropical Eton Mess on a Cornish beach? Um, yes please!

This was a dessert on a recent summer menu for some clients in Cornwall. Packed full of tropical fruit, whipped pistachio cream, meringue and pomegranate. It's bursting full of flavour and the pistachio adds a needed savoury tone to the sweet fruit and meringue.

Pastel de nata turned out wonderful! These are one of the desserts on my Mediterranean menu. I paired these warm, with a smoked and salted almond ice cream. I adore making ice cream and this had to be one of my best. 🍦😋

Lovely antipasti board to kick off the evening for some wonderful clients. All this whilst they waited for their 3 course meal to follow!

Charcuterie from Somerset, including cider chorizo!
Wild garlic mixed nuts.
Isle of white heritage tomatoes.

Completed another fantastic private dining experience for a lovely hen do on Saturday. This was the best job this year so far. I have made a distinct improvement on presentation on some repeat dishes, and just streamlined the prep to get the timings bang on.

This was definitely reflected in the customers 5 star review. They were all over the moon with everything.

Remember, if you book with me for a private dining experience you will get...
⭐ A selection of menus and plenty of choice for your event and guests.
⭐ Consultation and walk through.
⭐ I source all ingredients and try to use as many local and small businesses as possible.
⭐ Cook you the food, talk you through dishes, clear your plates etc.
⭐ I usually bring my wife an excellent front of house manager to serve you.
⭐ Completely clean the kitchen and do all the washing up.

This is all just the basics, which will allow you and your guests to completely relax and let us do all the work!
