Hey everyone! After another month off which included a 4,323-mile odyssey (aptly named by a dear friend), we will be offering a features menu for next week, available May 5-9. Serving: Chicken Salad ($10/pint), Chicken Mafioso and Beef Stroganoff ($16/double serving), Salmon Cakes ($18/double serving). We will also have Chicken and Black Bean Tortilla Soup ($6/pint or $11/quart), Sauteed Vegetables ($4/serving, $10/pan), and Key Lime Cheesecake ($4/slice). Hey folks! Sorry we've been sporadic with our featured menu items. We are taking pre-orders now for next week for the following deliciousness: Marry-Me Chicken, Korean BBQ ($15/two servings), Shrimp & Grits ($18/two servings). Sides are Sauteed Veggies and Corn Souffle ($4/serving; $3/serving with entree). Dessert: Banana Pudding ($4/serving). Also making chicken salad, $10/pint. Please message or text what you'd like! Hey everyone! Taking pre-orders now for next week's mini-menu. We're offering Shrimp Etouffee and Garlic Butter Steak Bites ($16/two servings), Southwestern Chicken Bake ($15/two servings), Seafood Bisque, Broccoli Cheddar Potato Soup, and sauteed veggies. Menu items will become available beginning Wednesday 2/23. Please message us if you'd like to order, thanks!

Hey everyone! Hope there were pleasant holidays all around. After being closed in January, we're now taking pre-orders for next week (February 7-12). We're offering salmon cakes with remoulade, chicken piccata with angel hair, and beef stroganoff with egg noodles (all $15/two-person serving). Also available: Sauteed mixed veggies and tiramisu. Hey folks! We've had a lot of interest in continuing to offer smaller portions (double-serving) of entrees, so we'll be posting a couple items each week that will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. This week (Nov. 4-6) we are offering meatloaf ($15, 3-4 servings), and Tuscan Butter Chicken ($15, serves two) or Tuscan Butter Shrimp ($18, serves two). Hey folks! Finally getting the final weekly menu posted. Please note the date changes - items will not be available until Sunday, 10/10, but will be available through Friday, 10/15. After that, all menu items will be available with 72 hours notice and a minimum 4-serving order. Again, thank you all for your support over the years!

Hey folks, sorry the new menu hasn't been posted. Have been trying for a day and a half, Facebook issues. Writing this from phone. As soon as we are able, the last weekly menu will go up, with modified dates and extended ordering time. Thanks for your patience and support!

Hey folks! Here are this week's featured items.

This is the second to last "Weekly Features" menu - next week will be the last that Edesia offers individual/couple-size entrees. It is with a heavy heart that I am making this decision; it has been an honor and a pleasure to bring many of you comfort food over the past 7 years. But the hardships of the past year and a half - financial and personal - have made continuing in the same way impractical.

I will be revamping the menu - all items will still be available in bulk and we can still service larger groups and parties. I hope to continue to share my food with you.

Thank you all for your support! I wish all the love to my customers and my friends as we all navigate through our ever-changing lives.
