Let’s talk Spring soirées 🌸

Have you hosted or attended one? Or are you uninterested because our friend pollen is out in full force? 😂

Hosting guests can be intimidating but majority of these fears are created within your own head and judgement of self. I personally have run into the issue of not having my own space/location, being one deep for set up, major expenses for the nicer things…trust me there’s always an excuse.

I realize and this is my encouragement to you… if you personally wouldn’t enjoy it or feel comfortable, your guests won’t either. So although you are hosting for others, don’t forget to include yourself and your enjoyment of being the “hostess with most” - that is also a HIGH priority. From the place settings (your name should be on the card), to the signature menu items (include YOUR favorite apps or hors d’oeuvres) or a tablescape arrangement with your favorite flowers (that you can enjoy long after the event is over).

Have you ever noticed, when traveling or on vacation and someone asks where you’re from or they talk about the “best xyz…” and you always think, it’s better in Texas or Texas has this…oh just me??
