BTS: how one yes turned into a mission
We said yes to taking on the inaugural Blueprint of Hope event for CASA of Marathon County, hosted at Infused Wausau.
The community showed up in the biggest way. We raised money for CASA, and I remember leaving that night feeling equal parts proud and humbled.
And the truth is, before being asked to help with that event, I had not even heard of CASA.
I did not know what it looked like to have a court appointed special advocate. I did not fully understand how much a consistent, trained adult can change a child’s story. I did not realize how much need exists right here in our own community.
That night opened my eyes, and it opened my heart.
After that, I was invited to join the board. Today, I serve as Vice President, and I have been spearheading marketing and helping shape events as we grow. Not because I have extra time, but because this mission matters.
Behind the scenes looks like late nights and early mornings.
Brainstorms and spreadsheets.
Vendor calls and coordination.
Drafting posts between client work and family life.
Trying to tell the story in a way that honors the kids, the advocates, and the work happening quietly every day.
Because kids deserve advocates and resources that actually show up.
They deserve adults who keep showing up.
They deserve a system that feels less scary because someone is standing beside them.
Proof that sometimes one yes changes everything.

2025 was full in the best way. 🤍
Kase Styles grew and stretched in all the right directions, and I’m so grateful for every couple, client, and collaborator who trusted us this year. It will never cease to amaze me that we get to be such a big part of people’s biggest days, and working with our couples brings us so much joy. One of the best parts of this year was making something official that already felt true. Kayleigh has been such a huge part of Kase Styles behind the scenes for a long time, and now she’s officially stepping into the Operations Manager role, leading with me more than ever.
Personally, this year was full of highlights too. So many moments with family, and a few pinch me dreams come true. Being on the floor so close to Beyoncé felt like a spiritual experience. I took a solo trip to Connecticut and lived out my lifelong Gilmore Girls dream, coffee in hand, and it honestly still feels surreal. And getting to help my sister with her wedding was such a gift, I felt so aligned that weekend.
This year had ups and downs, but looking back through this lens makes me feel deeply grateful for the life I get to live, and the growth I’ve been able to step into.
So grateful for 2025. Cannot wait to see what 2026 holds. 🤍☕️
