Our Story

It all began when Luvenia Mayo was a child....

Founder and owner, Luvenia Mayo had a passion for food ever since her mother allowed her to cook at their family restaurant during family occasions and celebrations. When Luvenia be came a mother of her own, she fell in love again with cooking for others.

Over the years, Luvenia has cooked for many friends and family which led to her catering events for them as well. Catering events for friends and family led her to open Flair Cuisine, a catering company that specializes in Southern Style Cuisine with a sophisticated twist!

​Flair Cuisine only uses the best fresh ingredients to prepare their meals. Being healthy will never go out of style, and just because a party is thrown doesn't mean we need to sacrifice our health or our enjoyment in the food that is good and good for you!
