Happy 25th anniversary to Super Furry Animals, SFA’s “Rings Around the World”! This is back when album releases weren’t universal, so we didn’t receive it in the US until the following year. I remember them playing Trees in Dallas on my birthday. Great gig!

There’s giving up and there’s knowing when to walk away. This is me knowing when to walk away.

It is time to face the fact that Movement Music Club isn’t coming back in any grand fashion. I need to accept and make peace with that. All things end, and that’s okay.

I have a monthly gig only a few miles from home. We have a lot of fun. You should come check it out. I’ll have details on the next one soon.

As I have said MANY time, Lord Byron - DJ gave me a chance in 2014 to start what would evolve into MMC. I wish others in DFW would give me a chance again, but that's a whole other story. Congrats to Byron, Sam, Missy, and everyone that makes Panoptikon what it is. Everyone is cool with each other, and for a few hours, everyone is allowed to be themselves and get lost in the music. Here's to 20 years and counting!

I love Manchester. The history, the football, the music. It's a special place. I was just there with my wife two weeks ago. She finally got to see why I love it so. She didn't want to leave.
