You will also be expected to manage budgets, timelines, and schedules to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the big day.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Previous experience in wedding planning or event coordination essential
Knowledge of wedding industry trends
Excellent negotiation and budget management skills
Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
