When I was pregnant, I didn't even have the strength to open a jar... let alone planning a cantonese dinner. Spent almost 9 months in bed, lost all that precious time I could have spent on my family. Today, we celebrated my baby' first month with traditional food. My very first time catering my own event since the pregnancy. I love being able to share my joy through food again

We were so excited to go out there to explore in our camping trip but we were also very eager to come home so we could pamper ourselves with a great pancake platter with our hand picked wild blueberries from our campsite! Feel so good to be home. I miss my kitchen so much

Sugar shack at home with dla musique québécoise! It bring us back to our childhood... sharing maple taffy with friends, watching cheeky kids sneaking more oreilles de crisses at the table, chatting with kids laughter in the background... What a beautiful way to spend a saturday morning! Grateful for such relaxed time on a kind of dreadful snowy day

Patstitsio! A very comforting greek dish with the perfect balance of warm spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon and clove covered with a bed of bechamel. I have always waited, and postponed before venturing with these spices as savory dishes... I was scared of strong tastes especially clove.... but somehow I learnt to renew my relationship with it after making this fun dish. A great variation from your usual pâté chinois or lasagne ^^. A crowd pleaser!

Time to explore ethiopian food! Making the injera was such a crazy ride. As impatient as I was, all I could do was to wait until the wild yeast develop in the flour mixture. Finally, I got rewarded with a great dinner...It was well worth the wait I guess. And I absolutely love the berbère seasoning

Making this cake was full of excitement. First i couldn't find the right tool, then i almost hugged and crushed my cake... very trippy!!I'd say it's a woodworking and baking combo kinda creation! Transportation also quite scary. Cheers to a crazy weekend ride
