I just finished a fresh mashup featuring the incredible DJ Shub and Tia Wood’s latest track, Victorious! If you haven’t heard it yet, this song is pure energy—Shub’s legendary Indigenous EDM vibes mixed with Tia’s powerful vocals make it an instant anthem.

I took Victorious and blended it with Barker’s Lucky Break, creating a wild fusion of driving beats and hypnotic rhythms. The result? A mashup that hits hard and keeps you moving.

Big respect to DJ Shub, a true pioneer in Indigenous electronic music, and Tia Wood, whose voice carries so much power and tradition. Their work is inspiring, and I had a blast crafting this mix.

Big Announcement!

I’ve just finished another mashup—Meowtains—a ghetto funk banger featuring vocals from the legendary Mendo Dope! If you know, you know—these guys are the real deal. I’ve learned half of what I know about growing from them, and their music is a straight-up anthem for the cannabis community.

Their track Mountains is all about that outdoor grower life—the hard work, the dedication, and the love that goes into every plant. It’s got that raw Mendo Dope energy, and now I’ve fused it with some filthy funk to create something brand new.

🎶 Exciting News! 🎶

I’m thrilled to share my latest mashup, spotlighting the incredible talents of Tia Wood, daughter of the legendary Fawn Wood. Having previously remixed two of Fawn’s tracks, it’s an honor to now feature Tia’s unique sound.

Who is Tia Wood?

Tia Wood is a Cree and Salish singer-songwriter hailing from the Saddle Lake Cree Nation in Alberta, Canada. Growing up in a musically gifted family, with her father Earl Wood leading the Northern Cree drum group and her sister Fawn Wood being a JUNO Award-winning singer, Tia was immersed in rich musical traditions from an early age. 

Rise to Fame

Tia first gained widespread attention on TikTok, where she captivated audiences by sharing songs and stories that celebrate her Indigenous heritage. Her authentic content resonated with many, amassing her over two million followers. 

Musical Achievements

In September 2024, Tia released her debut EP, “Pretty Red Bird,” under Sony Music Canada. The EP showcases her powerful vocals and deep connection to her cultural roots. This remarkable work earned her a nomination for Contemporary Indigenous Artist of the Year at the 2025 JUNO Awards.
