We’ve been informed that those trying to sc@m you by pretending to be the ones you register with for the Poke Salat Festival have moved from commenting on our posts to actually emailing vendors.

Official posts, comments, messages and emails will ALWAYS be from these accounts only:

You may see Joe Roberts and Kristie Bennefield Winn replying to comments and questions on posts too. But requests about payments, registering or other official things will ALWAYS be the ones listed above.

Please report anyone trying to register you as a vendor or asking for payments as sp@m to Facebook or your email program.

They think they are clever and are moving from actual words to graphics of words which delays us in finding them.

If you see one that we’ve missed, please tag us in the post. We can’t do anything about the emails, you have to report them in your email program.

Sorry everyone. Seems like it would be less work for these people to get real jobs than this nonsense.

Its not just us its every single event and vendor show that is dealing with this

Sigh.

As of today, all vendor spaces are filled for the 2026 Festival. We received quite a few requests for spaces and application submissions in the last few days. We will process those in the order received. And waitlist any we can’t accommodate. We will do our best to try and get you into the festival unless your product/business is filled.

As we posted a few days ago, we are working on opening up additional space for more booths. If those become available, we will fill from our wait list, again in the order received.

To be eligible for one of those spaces, your product/business cannot be on our filled/closed list. We will contact each of you individually and let you know if we were able to accept your application.

Some categories have limited spaces available and when those fill, �we announce it here and on our web pages.
As of 2/16/26, these categories and items are filled:
Food Court is full - message to go on a wait list.

Bread, sweets & baked goods are filled.
�Direct Sales - Scentsy and Mary Kay have been filled
�Face Painting, temp tattoos filled, spray tattoos filled �Balloon art, filled ��Product lines Filled: �Beaded pens, keychains, phone charms, tumblers, mugs, wax melts, 3D printing, crochet, permanent jewelry and pottery all filled. ��You may request to be put on a waitlist if your item categories have filled in case a vendor cancels.

Sneak peek!!! Looking ahead to November!!

The 2nd annual Feelin’ Groovy Festival will be on November 7th at Arab City Soccer Fields.

Applications will be available on May 17th!!!

We are not accepting food truck applications.

Vendors must be product vendors: handcrafted, baked or retail that fits the theme: Groovy! Think 1960s - early 70s!

Activity vendors welcome to apply too!!

If you think you’d like to be a Groovy Vendor, message us through the page OR email [email protected]. Just say “Groovy” and include your email. We’ll get you on the list!!

All product vendors from last year are already on the list!!

Feelin’ Groovy Festival apps available May 17th!!
