It’s been a long 4 months rebuilding the trailer but it’s finally done and ready to kickoff the season so here we go!

Hey y'all! Pacific Brim is expanding our pallet to East Texas! We received great feedback from some of the local community boards. Once we have all the requirements for each location/area we will be posting where to find us south of the Red River! Don't forget, we can't want to see you, but not with burnt lips!

Hey there all our PACIFIC BRIM and DEEP FRIED BURGER fans.

We have already started booking events for the upcoming 2025 season. As of now we have not dropped any of the events you see us at and are always adding to the list so count on seeing us again at these.

If you know of an event you would like to see us at that we are not currently doing just let us know and we will look into it.
If we don’t already have something booked for that date and we can work it in we would love to add it to our schedule.
Just send us a message and we’ll check it out.

This Sunday 9-29 we will be setup at Elk lake from 8:00 am till 2:00 pm for the MBT CLASSIC bike race.
We will be offering breakfast from 8: until 10: ish before transitioning to lunch with the DEEP FRIED BURGERS and LOADED PORK FRIES from 11:00 until 2:00.
