Travel back in time and enjoy this rare opportunity to visit inside six historic barns near Gettysburg.

To begin the Tour, all participants must check in between 10 am and Noon at the Historic Round Barn, where they will receive a Barn Tour booklet and a map showing the barn locations. After touring the Round Barn, participants can drive to the other four barns in any order, and stay as long as they like. Besides the Round Barn, the other four barns on this year's tour are different from last year's tour.
During the tour, arts and crafts vendors will demonstrate and sell their works in the barns.
Explore the area's rich history as you visit various historic barns in Gettysburg and Adams County. Learn about the significance of these structures and their role in shaping the local community. Family-friendly activities in the barns will have the look and feel of the 1800s when the barns were built. Kids under 18 are FREE, but they must be accompanied by an adult. Most barns on the Tour are privately owned and are not usually open to the public.
Photographers, bring your cameras! Grandparents, bring your grandkids!
All proceeds benefit the award-winning HGAC Barn Preservation Project and Grant Program.

A few photos of the artists who visited the farm this week. We love to have Pleine Air groups visit and welcome others who would like to paint in our gardens. We are also available for garden clubs who wish to schedule lunch and a garden tour Our grounds are a lovely backdrop for these events. . . .

Save the date! HGAC's 17th Annual three-day BarnArt Show & Sale will hold Opening Night on Friday, June 13 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the historic GAR Hall, 53 E. Middle Street in Gettysburg PA. Hours Saturday, June 14 will be 10 am to 6 pm and hours on Sunday, June 15 are noon to 4 pm -- all shows free and open to the public! Fifty artists will be showing more than 100 works of art, all depicting a barn or a feature of a barn. Hope to see you there!

This has been such a pretty Spring! We have lived here 23 years so some of the plants and trees are getting to be a substantial size. When they are in bloom it makes more of an impact. Here’s a few pictures of some of our gardens

Beech Springs Farm is one-of-a-kind rustic barn venue, serving central Pennsylvania. Located 9.6 miles outside of Gettysburg Pennsylvania, Beech Springs Farm offers a non-traditional atmosphere for indoor rustic barn weddings, outdoor garden weddings, fundraisers and special events. The historic barn, accented by natural stone, pine floors and the original oak & chestnut beams, is complete with an over-sized covered porch, handicapped access and parking, indoor restrooms, a prep room for caterers, a bridal dressing room. handmade tables and rustic chairs and many other unique features (too numerous to list).
