When Stephen and I got married, my best friend and bridesmaids put together some notes on love. It’s something I read every year for our anniversary and so I thought I would share my thoughts on love for my first post for 2024…

Love is potential. It’s an openness to newness and possibilities. It’s forecasting happiness and trying new things.

Love is varied. It changes and becomes more beautiful each day.

Love is risky. It’s about putting your heart on the line and accepting whatever comes next.

Love is limitless. Just when you think your capacity to love is at its fullest, another level is created. There is more room for your heart to grow.

Love is a journey. It meanders through the longitudes and latitudes of our hearts, and rests in a spot that only a special few can reach.
