Sometimes you have to make something just to prove to yourself that you can.

This ramen bowl cake pushed me way outside my comfort zone. I questioned it, second-guessed it, and almost talked myself out of making it.

I’m so glad I didn’t.

Every single detail is edible, handcrafted, and made with patience… from the shrimp to the eggs, noodles, veggies, except the little ramen packet. 🍤🥚🥢

Creating cakes like this reminds me why I love what I do. There are no limits when you keep challenging yourself.
