The countdown is on, and I couldn't be more excited to bring Fireline Hospitality LLC to Whiskey Canyon Restaurant & Bar in Waitsburg, Washington.

After more than 25 years in the culinary industry, there's nothing quite like the feeling of stepping into a new community, meeting new people, and getting the chance to share what I love most—great food, great hospitality, and memorable experiences.

We're working hard behind the scenes to create new menus, fresh specials, seasonal features, comfort food favorites, elevated bar offerings, and plenty of surprises along the way. From hearty brunches and handcrafted burgers to chef-inspired dinners and special events, there will always be something new to look forward to at Whiskey Canyon.

This is more than just a restaurant—it's about bringing people together around great food, local agriculture, hardworking families, travelers, hunters, bikers, wine lovers, and everyone in between.

Fireline Hospitality LLC is proud to share a first look at the upcoming Lunch & Dinner Menu for **Whiskey Canyon Restaurant & Bar** in Waitsburg, Washington!

We've been working hard behind the scenes to create a menu that celebrates bold flavors, Northwest ingredients, scratch-made recipes, and the comfort food favorites our community loves.

From our **Pork Belly Burnt Ends** and **Farmhouse Deviled Eggs**, to hearty burgers like the **Farmer's Tan Smash Burger** and **Bleu Collar Burger**, plus slow-smoked brisket, chicken fried steak, fresh salads, sandwiches, and house-made desserts, we're building a menu designed to have something for everyone.

Folks! The scuttlebutt is here.

And we’re making it fb official. (Hard to keep anything a secret in this town!)

Nearly two years ago Shrub Hospitality leased the ole’ WC. Through thick and thin the town and staff has been dedicated as heck.

We’re so proud of the team for where things are today. The goal was to make a dining experience the community would be proud to bring their guests/visitors to and we can confidently say, the crew certainly hit that mark. Hit that dang mark so hard it’s out of the park.

Anyway.

It is with great excitement and a lot of bittersweetness that we are announcing it’s time for Shrub to take a seat on the bench and hand the baton off to Fireline.

Chef Ryan Tull is at the helm of Fireline Hospitality Group and they will be an amazing addition to the Waitsburg community.

*We are actively working out the details to get things rolled from Shrub Hospitality to Fireline Hospitality.*
