Coached them all at primary school age, they're now playing in the women's league. All three went on to captain their respective secondary school teams, as well as representing the nation at youth level. I hope one of them goes on to be better than me.

Had an encouraging experience this afternoon. Was at Bob's on Marli St. asking about bread options, which the clerk knows I dont normally buy. When I went to cash my items along with a soda, which I dont normally buy either, and a bag with two coconut bakes, I asked for those two items to be bagged separately. She looked at me and asked if the bakes are for the guy outside, an elderly gentleman, and they were. She told me dont worry about buying the bakes they'll give him one of the lunches that didnt sell.
Mind you she had already cashed the bakes, she took them out, voided the purchase and placed the lunch in the bag for me to give him with his soda.
There's hope for us yet as a society.
