For Giulia, the best meals end always with the same question: Savoury or sweet?

The correct answer? It’s always both.

So, like bread and butter, the final course was the ultimate pairing. Doltone House Culinary Director John Edmonds refined a fromagerie from across the globe, pairing each with a sweet dessert, balancing richness for richness.

A Honey-Roasted Butternut Pumpkin Soup | topped with crème fraiche and croutons. Silver serviced warm artisan bread with Pepe Saya butter.

LES PLATS

Chicken, Leek & Champignon Fricassée Pot Pie | free-range chicken, caramelised leeks, champignon, velouté all nestled under a lid of all-butter puff pastry.

LES ACCOMPAGNEMENTS
