It’s a week and a bit since we last saw some of you at our conversation meet up, and it’s back to teaching today- we cannot wait !

Maria spent her week doing some gcse tutoring ( as always ) but took sometime off and went on a road trip to Belgium. She found a little gem in Brugge that she really recommends… Nuria stayed behind this time organising everyone, and searching, sourcing, gathering information to complete some itineraies for our customers visiting this summer.

It’s been a very busy but as always enjoyable weekend for team M&N.

Whilst N has been sourcing and getting the trip to Girona ready, visiting providers, and perfecting the itinerary, I, M attended the annual Language for Fun conference so that we can teach, deliver and provide the best service to our students.

I can’t wait to come together this week to share with N everything I’ve learnt. And I’m so excited to see what the final itinerary for Girona looks like.

Team M&N are busy planning the next few months ahead. What’s in the diary:

- We are working on our immersive family summer programme
- We are busy with Camps' registrations and itineraries.
- ⁠We are planning and finalising our Girona trip in September
- ⁠We are running Easter Spanish revision workshops
- ⁠We are organising conversation meet ups and planning events
- ⁠We are taking new term registrations and promotion.
- ⁠We are working on our graphic design and website updates
- ⁠We are working on our accounts yuk
- We are M&N - M for Maria and N for Núria

Finally tomorrow we are hading off to the The Odyssey Cinema, St Albans to watch a French movie with our Language for Fun French students.

It’s all fun and games, and very little time to rest, but we love creating opportunities for all, and we hope you enjoy being a part of our community.

It’s the last the day of term for our Language for Fun adult students and our little ones too. It’s been a fab term of learning, socialising and travelling but we now are taking a well deserved 3 week break from teaching.

A few weeks ago a group of ladies wanted to spend a bit of time in Sevilla improving their communication skills and team M and N helped them organise their trip.

They spent a week in a fab school in the Center of the City, attending a 50+ week, which included a cultural programme of activities. They threw themselves into the opportunity and we are super proud of their achievements. They practise Spanish, embraced the culture, made friends and ate delicious food.

Isn’t that just a perfect way of learning ?

After 3 rainy months in St Albans, learning English at one of our partner schools and staying with our super host Gemma and her family, Pol is now ready to embark on much bigger adventures. Bali you are lucky to have him.

Our immersive trips are available to all, KIDS travelling with a family, TEENS and SOLO travellers, at Easter and during the UK summer holidays.

Team M&N and a fabulous group of learners have just come back from an extremely interesting, enriching time in Segovia. An immersive trip filled with culture and fascinating tales around the kings, queens and the churches which have been part of the history of this city over hundreds of years.

Segovia is a perfect city break, and the high speed train allows you to pop in to near by cities for day, and we paid Madrid a visit.

The success of our trips are a combination of our hard work, the places we visit and the people that come with us. It’s about discovering and meeting new people and it always work.

Now we are back to teaching and we are already thinking about destinations.

Hi everyone ! We are running a workshop revision of beg 1,2,3 to get to up to speed.

Saturday 12th April, from 10am to 3/4pm depending on progress. The course will take place at Maria’s house in St Albans. You would need to bring your own lunch, we will provide drinks throught the day and snacks.

Course + materials £60 for the day.

Let us know if you are interested. We have a capacity of max 9 and 7 have already signed up. It’s going to be busy but very useful.

It is a really busy time of the year for team M and N. We are dealing with enquiries for our family immersive summer camps’ programme, we are heading off on short culture trips with our students and, we are organising residentials to help them with their learning.

Yesterday we spent the day planning, choosing and ordering merchandise, getting ready for all our visitors and trips coming ahead.

Reality hit, not long until summer. It’s going to get busy busy but we can’t wait.
