Another thing you should go without on your day is a timeline and a coordinator/planner to keep it in check! Plans change, stuff takes extra time, things sometimes run behind for various reasons, and that’s exactly why it’s important to have someone there handling making sure things keep moving and flowing and are able to make slight adjustments to the day to make it work!
