Top fun today with my mature audience!

Today I went for the second measuring of my wedding suit. I'd put on some weight (the love of a good woman you know).

After around 3 and half weeks of eating right and hitting the weights and treadmill, I've lost 2 inches from my waist! I'm smaller overall and my clothes are looser. I don't weigh myself (I think that's rather arbitrary) but I'm very happy with my progress, and I'll keep going till the day before my wedding! Not bad for an old bloke, and no chemical jabs either lol :-D
