Sourdough toast with marinated zucchini & goat cheese, tomato caprese to start.

Swordfish with pickled farm veg, beef tri-tip cooked over the coals, local scallops with salsa verde for mains.

Finished off with our vanilla custard topped with wood-toasted hazelnuts, raw honey, and holy basil.

Every detail is rooted in what’s fresh and local!
