Something I really enjoy about my job is being asked for special orders that are a little different to what we do each day.
We have had a few special orders the past couple of weeks 💕
I also enjoy that Emma and my parents and I get to go around collecting unique pots to create flowers arrangements in or place succulents in. This Gardner’s mug is one of my favourite.

I found a bird ornament for my dried flower wreath 😝 it seems to sit quite well there. Only problem is it won’t stop moving!

We are busy preparing some more succulents for our stalls. It’s so nice seeing them grow and have ‘babies’ and finding unique little pots to plant them in.

Ps…thank you Dave for taking Eden to ballet and our neighbour for taking Ruby so I could plant in some quietness.

A couple of weeks ago I had the privilege to arrange another casket spray for a funeral.

I must admit that years ago when I began training as a florist, I felt some hesitance about doing funerals. However, that has changed. I now find it the greatest privilege to be able to bless a family, provide comfort and give honour to the life that has been.

Thank you to those who have trusted me with this role. I am so grateful to have had a tiny part in your loved one’s life.

This Friday is Valentines Day!!!!

This year we want to emphasize unconditional love. That is what Agape stands for…God’s unconditional love for us.

Romantic love is just one type of love! But let’s encourage and show each other, and ourselves a gentle and caring love, no matter what day it is.

We will have all our stalls stocked with lovely flowers and gifts and our Pop-up stall will be at Blackheath.

Note…love can create very hardworking hands. Haha.

It was a wet and foggy drive to the markets this morning. Thanking my Miss Ruby for her company and thanking Emma for helping me get the days work done amongst school holiday demands!

I took my lively 9 year old to the markets this morning. After picking for Agape, we each chose a bunch of flowers for our family to enjoy. Guess who pick what bunch ❤️

Hey all. I am busy preparing wreathes this week so if you want to add your order this is the last week to do so. I will be delivering at the end of the week and early next week.

Take care in this busy time. Praying you can have quiet moments of reflection, even if it is just 5 mins.

Sat with my daughter for a quiet moment before diving into the barrel of flowers. She looks so peaceful so I had to share.

From this week on we will be selling small and medium dried Christmas wreathes. Our Blackheath will have them on display.

We will also be taking orders for fresh native wreathes and they will be ready from next week onwards. They last approximately 3-4 weeks leading to Christmas Day!

My wonderful mum has grown some hydrangeas in pots for me to sell. Keep a lookout for them at the servos! ❤️

We also have some succulents on their way to being ready for sale in the coming weeks.

I was stuck for teachers gifts and found these little pots I bought a while back. Decided to plants some baby succulents in them. Hope the teachers enjoy them. Let me know if you are looking for gift ideas too, we may be able to help ☺️

We often get asked if we grow our own flowers to sell and I tell people that 90 per cent of what we sell is sourced externally. However, it delights me to say that the other 10 per cent comes from a collection of flowers from my garden, Emma’s garden and my mums and mother in law’s gardens. As well as a few from other friends’ gardens on the occasion.
I love that some of our succulents will be starring in some of our bunches in the next few days. Additionally, my two youngest little ladies have been helping me to pot sunflowers, petunias, carnations and zinnias. Hopefully we can sell you our own potted plants in the coming months.
