SUNPORK SMOKE OFF JUDGES INFORMATION

ARRIVAL
Please arrive between 9:15am & 9:30am for Saturday and/or 8:15am & 8:30am on Sunday at the KINGAROY UNITING CHURCH, on the corner of Alford St & Youngman St. This is the best place of entry for judges only. And all judging will take place in the hall adjacent to the church.


SATURDAY 17th AUGUST SCHEDULE:

9:30am - SCA Judges briefing (mandatory)
11:00am - Steak Category hand in
12:00pm - Anything Pink Category hand in
1:00pm - Bacon Category hand in
2:00pm - Pork Chop Category hand in
4:30pm - SCA Results Ceremony (optional)

SUNDAY 18th AUGUST SCHEDULE:

8:30am - ABA Judges briefing (mandatory)
10:00am – Half Chicken Category hand in
11:00am - Pork Belly Category hand in
12:00pm - Pork Category hand in
1:00pm - Pork Ribs Category hand in
2:00pm - Brisket Category hand in
3.30pm - 4:00pm - ABA Results Ceremony (optional)

You will need to be available for the above times to judge but can leave after the judging of the final category is complete.

In between judging hand in’s you will be free to check out all that is BaconFest. Here is the link to their website for all that is happening across the weekend.
