We all could use a wholesome story these days. This is Mr. Quakles, he randomly started visiting in January. Almost everyday he flies in, where he is greeted by fresh water and food that my mom puts out for him. Every evening he flies away. We have gone by boat trying to figure out where his “home” is. We think we have an idea and if it’s right, it is a long flight away by bayou.

Two nights ago “Quakles” flew into one of our oak trees and roosted for the night. Last night was night two. It seems Mr. Quakles has relocated here permanently - we hope 🙏🏼 🦆
