Don’t worry! Today is Wednesday, and you know what that means! A relaxing day with a happy belly. Tomorrows specials will be either
Smothered pork chops with mashed potatoes, southern style green beans and a roll
Or
Beef tips and rice (or ask to have it over mashed potatoes 😋) with southern style green beans and a roll.
And as always, we have the very best fried fish and fried shrimp this side of the Mississippi!!!
Have it with either fries and hush puppies and our famous home made tartar sauce
Or with our Cajun style dirty rice - if you don’t know, you need to find out!!! It can’t be beat!!!
Come see us tomorrow from 4:00- 8:00 at the Lowe’s parking lot here in Monahans.

Or loaded with that good ole’ dirty rice an our Reelin and Grillin sauce

Loaded sweet potatoes! (Thanksgiving style) Loaded with dressing, roasted chicken, gravy and cranberry sauce!
And of course we will have all of the fried fish and fried shrimp you want and need!!!

Wow, were we busy yesterday. Our customers are the best! Lots of new customers, too. We will not be open for the next couple of weeks. Spring time and vacation calls. But…as we prepare for our next meal with you, tell us…

What do you have a craving for? It can be one of our past meals or something new that you want us to cook and offer.

So, what shall it be? Share our post and let’s get some new followers and some great ideas. The sky is the limit. Let’s hear it.

We will NOT be open this Wednesday, but we WILL be open on Friday the 20th. I’ll be posting the menu soon, but it will be a good one. And as always, will include fried fish and shrimp for those observing lent.
