Umberto will prepare his famous meatballs, baked to perfection in his homemade marinara sauce..

You can pick them up at Wetset Diving Store, right next to Don Ernesto, on Wednesday June 3rd from 5 PM to 6 PM.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our pop-up dinner. Your support, especially during the slower season here in Puerto Morelos, truly means so much to us and helps keep these special evenings alive.

We’re incredibly grateful to share our table with such wonderful guests, good conversation, and a warm sense of community each week.

A special thank you as well to Ki Restaurant & Bar and their amazing staff for always welcoming us so beautifully and helping create such a relaxed and memorable evening. And of course, the wonderful wine selections they brought in paired perfectly with the menu and made the night even more special 🍷✨

This next dinner is something very personal to us…

An evening inspired by Umberto’s mother and the dishes she loved most—the ones shared at home in Italy, returned to often, and remembered long after the table was cleared.

This isn’t about a holiday—it’s about the feeling of an Italian table.
Simple, soulful food, made with care, meant to be passed, shared, and enjoyed together.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Ojo de Agua Beach Club, the evening begins as golden hour fades into a cool coastal breeze. Ease in with a cocktail as the sound of the waves sets the tone for a relaxed, family-style dinner.
