Brunch, Berries, and Bubbly & Brew Barn Bar this May

Spring weekends are made for sunshine, fresh air, and a bit of bubbly—and Phillips Farms of Cary is the perfect place to enjoy it all! Every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Red, White, Bubbly & Brew will be in the bright red Barn Bar, ready to serve up your favorite spring sips, including refreshing mimosas, prickly pear margaritas, local ales, crisp wines, and sparkling seltzers.

Spring Family Fun Park admission is just $15 per person (ages 2+) and ONLY available for purchase on-site at the Phillips Farms ticket booth. The Farmer's Market is free to visit.

We were excited to see Perfectly Imperfect Pups take home more than 15 thousand dollars to continue their good work. It was an incredible night of connection, celebration, and impact!

We also had the joy of participating in Change-a-Palooza, an amazing event by Kids Who Give (https://www.kidswhogivenonprofit.org/) , where we introduced families to our mission and nonprofit arm, JEN Inc (https://www.jenwillhelp.com/) ., while serving up free slushies to the next generation of changemakers. Watching young kids get excited about giving back was truly unforgettable.

And we didn’t stop there! During the bustling Pimento Cheese Festival in Cary, we spent the day fundraising for JEN Inc. and supporting families facing life-altering situations. With lines in front our tent all day and a portion of every beverage sold going directly to JEN Inc., it turned into one of our most successful days of fundraising yet!

A Heartwarming Update: JEN Inc. Support Makes a Difference

JEN, Inc. is thrilled to share an uplifting update on 16-year-old Jeremia's recovery journey—a story that reminds us of the power of resilience, community, and hope.

On Halloween, Jeremia and his best friend were injured in a hit-and-run car accident. Jeremia suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized for over a month. We are happy to report he is home now, and his progress has been nothing short of remarkable. Despite the challenges he’s faced, Jeremia is now walking and has even started playing soccer at his local park—a true testament to his strength and determination. While he still has a long road ahead, his goal of returning to school is within reach as he continues to make strides every day.

His mom expressed her deepest gratitude for the overwhelming support her family has received. She shared how much it meant to have the financial gift from JEN Inc. and to feel the love and prayers from the community.

Jeremia’s journey is a beautiful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together in kindness and support for a family during their darkest hours.

Let’s continue to cheer Jeremia on as he takes each step forward, both on his path to recovery and on the soccer field! New Year, More Cheer!

2025 is here, and we are excited to celebrate the start of a fresh chapter with you. As we clink glasses to toast the opportunities ahead, we are filled with gratitude for your continued support and enthusiasm for Red, White, Bubbly and Brew, our bar at Bubbly Plus at Haven, and our non-profit JEN, Inc. To start off the year, January at Bubbly Plus at Haven is all about choices! We invite you to visit and warm up with our signature Red Wine Cider or S'more's Chocolate Red Wine, or explore our thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic selections. Raise a glass to the new year with an evening that promises discovery and delightful sips! Bubbly Plus at Haven’s Wine Flight Night is back, and it’s the perfect chance to gather your friends for a midweek treat that’s both fun and enriching.

Guiding you on this flavorful journey is Bubbly Plus owner and certified sommelier, Jen Zygmond, who will share her passion and expertise as we explore two standout selections for January:
- Iron + Sand Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon – A bold and velvety red that captures the essence of California’s wine country.
- Beau Joie Brut NV Champagne – An elegant, crisp, and refreshing sparkling wine that’s perfect for toasting any occasion.

For all who may be observing Dry January, we’re featuring the delightful Fre Alcohol-Removed Rosé, a pink-hued beauty brimming with fresh strawberry and citrus notes, a crisp and fruity palate, and a refreshing finish that’s as satisfying as it is guilt-free.

This holiday season, our JEN Inc. Gifting Tree stood as a beacon of hope in Downtown Cary, adorned with blue and green decorations, family names that JEN Inc. has supported, and special "faux" $100 bills for our community to take home. Time and again, we watched in awe as visitors emptied the tree of these commemorative bills – each one representing the spirit of giving and community support that defines our mission.

To everyone who visited our Every Sip Counts Gifting Tree and took part in supporting local families facing emergency situations by purchasing a drink with Red White Bubbly and Brew or Bubbly Plus at Haven in 2024: THANK YOU!
