Souper Chef is excited to be teaming up with Spike to welcome all the students, new and returning, to WA Bess for orientation. We will be setting up shop by 3:30 and serving until 6:30. Stop on by and wish all the students a Souper Year!!!

I have had multiple requests to do a more “economical” lobster roll. Well unfortunately I have no control over the price of lobster. What I do have control of is my creativity and knowledge of good. I give to you the Louisiana Po’Man’s Roll. (Crawfish in the place of lobster. Just as good)

The flavor of crayfish is milder than lobster, but they are both sweet and succulent. The texture of the meat of both species is also similar, but crayfish is a bit firmer

Hawaiian Grilled Chicken:

Teriyaki and Mango Grilled Chicken breast, jalapeño, ginger and lime slaw, grilled sliced pineapple, Black Forest Ham and melted Havarti on a toasted brioche bun.

Tuesdays can mean only one thing with Souper Chef.

TEST KITCHEN TUESDAY!

Today’s concoction.

Banana split egg rolls.

Fresh banana rolled in vanilla bean sugar, spread with strawberry preserves and stuffed with milk chocolate.

Fried in egg roll wrappers then topped with salted caramel pecans and whipped cream. Finished with a cherry and powdered sugar.

(We promise to slow Chef Jack down with the dessert egg rolls)

Souper Chef will not be opening for service today while we wait on the final repairs on the truck that pulls the trailer. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Chef Jack is however working on some great specials for the remainder of the week. We look forward yo serving everyone very soon.
