I've noticed a few new faces following along, so I just wanted to say... welcome to Beach Rd Bakes 🤍

Firstly, thank you!

The support from our little community has honestly blown me away. What started as a simple idea has quickly become something so much bigger than I ever imagined, and I'm incredibly grateful for every loaf purchased, every kind message, every recommendation, and every person who has chosen to support local.

For those who are new here, I'm Rhi.
a mum of four beautiful children, juggling family life, school drop-offs, forever tackling Mount Washington, and a growing passion for sourdough. Every loaf you see is mixed, shaped, baked and packed by me, in my home kitchen, using a regular household oven and a whole lotta love.

Beach Rd Bakes was born from my love of feeding people, being creative, and slowing down enough to enjoy the simple things. There is something special about sharing fresh bread with family and friends, and I wanted to create a way to bring that feeling to our community.

You'll often find me baking before sunrise, covered in flour, coffee in hand, while the rest of the house sleeps (kind of). It's not a big commercial bakery, just one mumma, one mixer, and a dream of providing honest, handcrafted sourdough and sweetie treaties for our local community.
