We've got an exciting week ahead at the Geraldton Golf Club for the Geraldton Country Week Golf!

We will be open from 7.30am with a couple of breakfast specials, with the option for Golfers to preorder lunch to collect during crossover!

The Specials Board is available with a few exciting options during the week, plus the new Clubhouse Menu!

And, the thing we're most excited for is the delicious Nibble Boxes after play!

Yesterday was the final Christmas function of 2024 - with over 340 people fed for Night Golf at the Geraldton Golf Club alone!

Each night as our team prepared we would agree to make sure we got some photos to share our delicious catering options... and with last night being the final function, we were ready and prepared, reminding ourselves to make sure we get some snaps! We got one... a brilliant capture of our lettuce cups ready to be prawned!

A reminder that would have worked if our team wasn't so distracted, and focused on ensuring our guests were fed to the highest of quality!

Last nights Homemade Cocktail Finger Food Menu included:
Sausage Rolls, Beef Satay Sticks, Prawn Cocktails, Jalapeno Poppers, Salt & Pepper Calamari, Fresh Fish Bites, Springrolls, Thai Fish Cakes, Spinach & Ricotta Puffs

Possibly the greatest way to finish a delicious meal! These mini dessert platters were the perfect treat after a round of Night Golf!

Tonight's dinner included a variety of freshly made pizza!

This one included salami, bacon, red onion, mushroom, mozzarella, tasty and bocconcini cheese on a garlic oil base!

They say that a full stomach makes for a happy heart, and after a day of celebrating the newlyweds, it was our teams absolute pleasure to fill the bellies of the Bride & Groom, their bridal party and guests with a delicious dinner!

The chosen menu for this event included:
💚 Roast Lamb with Minted Gravy
💚 Chefs Chicken with Mushroom Sauce
💚 Creamy Lemon Fish
💚 Garlic Mashed Potato
💚 Mixed Root Vege (pumpkin, sweet potato, beetroot & baby spinach)
💚 Cauliflower & Broccoli Bake
💚 Caesar Salad
💚 Home-made Slaw
💚 Dinner Rolls

This menu was served as a buffet style by our team on Saturday Night!

How do you like your freshly baked Scones?

Are you a scone with jam and cream kinda person? Or do you like it with just some cream or maybe a bit of butter?

While strawberry jam with fresh cream is my favourite, I enjoy them most fresh and straight out of the oven!

Today's catering included a fresh tray of these delicious homemade treats!

A•R•A•N•C•I•N•I

The only thing better than a freshly rolled arancini ball, is a freshly cooked arancini!

This Sicilian street food is made of risotto that's rolled into a ball, stuffed, breaded, and gently fried. With a delicious crispy outside and yummy creamy inside!

Our arancini balls are made fresh to order and with this being a popular menu item, our team have the preparation downpat!

Our current flavours include:
● Seafood (including crayfish)
● Mushroom
● Pumpkin and Spinach

We're currently experimenting with new flavours and are excited for the taste test!

It's been almost a week since our team was given the absolute pleasure to cater for a very special birthday celebration!

The birthday gal chose our new and exciting Local Produce Menu! A menu filled with delicious nibbles, using local and fresh produce!

The party was held at the Geraldton Yacht Club and the delicious treats were served staggered, giving the guests to opportunity to enjoy each dish!
