What a beautiful day it was for newly wedded, Cullen and Brianna Petersen! The anticipation leading up to the ceremony had everyone on their toes, as the weather kept us guessing. Brianna's dream was to say her vows in our garden area, and just when it seemed like storm clouds might ruin the moment, nature surprised us by clearing the skies and letting the sun shine through at just the right time. It was a magical start to their special day.

The love radiating from family and friends was beautiful, and as we moved to the reception, the dance floor transformed into a fun celebration. When the inflatable guitars made their debut during "Don’t Stop Believin'," it was an instant cue for guests to unleash their inner rock stars. We knew then that this would be a night filled with unforgettable moments and plenty of dancing— and you all certainly delivered! The award for best air guitar goes to father of the bride 🎉

A big shout-out to the wedding party, whose energy was simply contagious! The joy and love they exuded added so much to the celebration. The bond between Brianna and her sister was absolutely heartwarming and provided a glimpse into the fun, lively household they grew up in. Her enthusiasm for the couple truly lit up the room.

Today, guests gathered in the love to honor the life of Connie Lou, a remarkable woman who touched the hearts of all who knew her. The barn, decorated with vibrant pretty flowers and pictures from a beautiful slideshow, captured cherished moments from Connie Lou’s life and reflected her vibrant spirit. Family and friends shared stories, laughter and lots of tears which was a genuine testament to the love and joy she brought into the world.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to her family for entrusting us with the honor of hosting this celebration of life ❤️

The weekend started out with a lot of personal touches, like Caitlynn wearing her mother’s wedding dress from 1995 that her grandmother altered and fitted specially for the bride to be for her rehearsal dinner attire. The meatball stain on the dress and the taper candles from her parent’s wedding 30 years ago added a charming, real-life element that speaks to the history and love that weddings often encompass. 😍 Caitlynn framed all her parking passes from when she first started dating Jake almost 10 years ago, while he was attending Oakland University. She knew something special was brewing if she saved those as memorabilia. The creative “bench guest book” made by bride’s dad was truly unique and a first in the barn.

Jake embraced the moment on the dance floor, proving that love can bring out the best in anyone. You NEVER would have guessed that he shared, “I’m not a dancer” the day before. They shared the last dance just alone with the fairy lights, having their special moment to take in the last seconds of their wedding. Their family's involvement and support really shined through, making the weekend even more memorable.

It was a magical celebration filled with love and joy. Thank you for sharing this special moment with us! 🥰Congratulations to newly wedded, Mr. & Mrs. Greer, married on July 5th, 2025!

What a beautiful reflection on such a magical day! Newly wedded, Rachel and Mo's wedding was filled with love and thoughtful details that truly honored their marriage, family and friends. The personalized touches, like the embroidered handkerchiefs and the robes made from Rachel's mother’s wedding dress, were such wonderful ways to celebrate the past while creating new memories.

The “A Sip with Stella” drink was a lovely tribute to Rachel’s great grandmother, and including a whimsical nod to their three legged cat, “The Clumsy Cricket” drink, added such a fun and unique touch. It seems like every moment was filled with warmth and joy—from the heartfelt speeches, projected slide show, emotional first dances and the last private dance in our wooded cove with string lights. Papa Bud was honored during the celebration with his special chair and private family toast, ensuring his spirit was very much present.

We loved the recession line idea of taking pics with each guests on their way to the dinner line with their professional photographer taking pics. The creative DIY flower centerpieces by Mo really added a personal touch ❤️ A big shoutout to Tori for her amazing design work too! You are pretty darn talented 🥰

What a magical celebration we had last night! The wedding of Mr. & Mrs. Strickler was filled with unforgettable moments ❤️. From Alyssa’s dad beautifully decorating the arbor to their amazing tribe transforming the venue, every detail showcased the love and effort of friends and family. Alyssa’s brother, Owen, serenaded us with his flawless voice during the ceremony and to the father/daughter dance, adding a special touch to the day. Nicely done Owen!!!

And how could we forget the adorable Betty, their beloved dog? She made quite the entrance, strutting down the aisle with the rings and adding to the festivities with her own signature drink, Betty’s Pawsitively Rum-mantic Punch! 🐾 Betty, you were too cute!

The dance floor was an absolute blast! If there were trophies for the impromptu dance-offs, it would have been a tough competition to judge 🕺🏻 💃🏼 🪩.

Brennan and Hailey's special day finally arrived! The love and joy witnessed really captured the magic of their wedding. From the heartfelt moments we captured of the first look, the stunning floral arrangements by Hailey's mom, great weather and those yummy oatmeal cream pies, it was a perfect celebration! The energy on the dance floor, including both sets of parents showing the younger generation what’s up with their moves was a party til closing. It was truly a pleasure getting to share this special weekend with you ❤️

What an enchanting wedding yesterday for newly wedded Mr. & Mrs. Garrett! The combination of perfect weather, all the details, the decor and joyous guests made for a beautiful experience. Tom and Abigail put a lot of thought into their special day, and it was wonderful to see everything come together so beautifully.

We loved witnessing the heartwarming speeches, the fun photo booth camper and the kids…OH SO ADORABLE 🥰 We’ll never forget when Abbigail took a breath after walking down the aisle and her smile was everything ❤️ That is what it’s all about and Take Two Photography captured it perfectly. What a beautiful celebration it was last Saturday! Sal and Julie, we were absolutely thrilled to witness your amazing tribe come together to celebrate your love, and we felt so honored that you chose our venue for your wedding reception!

We love how Julie carefully selected the date 2/05/2025 for their ceremony and what a clever way to ensure that Sal will never forget their anniversary!

The atmosphere was nothing short of classy, simple, elegant, and fun. The love and joy from your guests were truly infectious, and it was clear that everyone was so delighted to be part of your special day. We could see the sparkle in Julie’s eyes as the night went on; it was a moment to remember! ❤️

We also loved seeing you incorporate the Cut River Grill into your celebration. Your choice of food truck for dinner and late-night snacks was such a hit! If anyone happens to see the newlyweds at The Cut River Grill, don’t forget to raise a glass in their honor to celebrate this wonderful union! They frequent there often! What a magical celebration for the newlyweds, Mr. & Mrs. Sitkiewicz! Brooke truly found her “Up North” Prince Charming, and the way Alvin gazes at her is absolutely heart-melting 🥰. These two were so excited to tie the knot! Brooke's elegant decor perfectly balanced simplicity with class, creating a stunning ambiance for the day. Guests were treated to the soothing sounds of a saxophonist during cocktail hour, adding a delightful touch to the festivities. A special shoutout to Brooke’s talented friend, Amanda, for her incredible work on the dessert table ❤️. Congratulations to Peyton and Mikayla Miller on their beautiful wedding! Despite the rainy weather, the love and joy of their special day shone through. Mikayla truly looked like a fairy tale princess, and Peyton's dapper blue suit was the perfect complement to her stunning dress! Don’t get us started on the cake 😍 The three-tier cake was absolutely beautiful, and it added such a sweet touch!

Seeing these pics has us getting excited for our 2025 wedding season! We’re currently in spring cleanup up mode and getting the venue together for our first wedding May 17th! Lisa is patiently waiting to buy all the fresh flowers for the potted plants and the flower cart but first it’s the boring stuff…power washing, touch up paint, cleaning and landscaping ❤️ It’s about to be go time and we can’t wait!!!
