We are please to announce our family style breakfast boxes are ready to pre order and collect for next Saturday and our Sunday lunch share boxes are also available to pre order and collect. Both boxes serve 4.

Saturday Collection Boxes

Ulster Full Fry Boxes - £22
Square sausage, Black pudding, white pudding, hash browns, beans, tomatoes, homemade soda bread, potato cakes, bacon, eggs and mushrooms

Full English Breakfast Boxes - £19 Cumberland wheels or pork sausages, bacon, eggs, mushrooms black pudding, beans tomatoes, hash browns and bread and butter

Sunday Collection (serves 4-6)

Full Roast Chicken £25 - Homemade Yorkshire Puddings, Stuffing, mash, homemade roast potatoes, cabbage, mixed vegetables, gravy and a side of cauliflower cheese

We are proud to announce, that our brand new kitchen will be opening on the second week of October. What does this mean?

Well if you live in Rochdale, we will be offering a collection only access to our MeNu, our Saturday Menu will offer a breakfast service, including full English and Irish breakfasts, our afternoon MeNu is what we believe the public is missing... Traditional British food, all homemade, locally sourced delicious good old favourites like tender braised steak and mash, homemade fish pies, fish and chips, ragg puddings, and even corned beef hash.

Skip to Sunday and we will be offering a collection service for Sunday Lunch "Family Style"... this will serve 4 to 6 people consisting of a full roast chicken, our delicious roasties and monster homemade Yorkshire puddings, all the veg and additional options of sides including cauliflower cheese, a range of sauces such as white onion sauce, bone marrow gravy and even soup starters to get your Sunday lunch off with a bang.

Salt and Pepper Chips Recipe Revealed

1 Green Pepper
1 White Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
1 Mild Red Chilli
2 Spring Onions
1 Tea Spoon of Chinese 5 Spice
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Table Spoon of Oil
Add Cooked Chips or Cooked Meat of your choice

Simple quick salt and pepper recipe that's low cost but delicious.

Dice your green peppers and onions and add to a hot wok, cook for 3 minutes on high heat. Add your diced garlic Cloves and cook for a further 2 minutes, add your chinese 5 spice, chips/meat and continue to toss until all your ingredients are WELL mixed.

Garnish with spring onions, Chillies and season to taste.
