KJR Photography Hobbyist photographer that specializes in landscape and nature but routinely takes on lower cost Sen It was always upsetting to me. I was hooked.

This is my hobby and I thoroughly enjoy capturing those little moments that make life so meaningful. Having little "stair step" boys, I never had money to have their picture made, and sometimes couldn't afford their school pictures or sports related images. One year, my husband brought me home a little camera and a PS Elements program. I followed my babies around capturing as many candid moments o

f their childhood as I could. I didn't stop there, however. Extended family became my victims, too. Since then, I have upgraded my gear, my knowledge, and I have ventured into taking pictures of complete strangers, with permission. ;)
I still photograph my family, even if they call me the paparazzi. I don't run specials or chase after people for new "clients". I don't advertise. I only post a few images of sets on my page because I feel they are not mine to share with everyone. I am creative, I can paint and make props, if needed. If you come at me with an idea, even a weird one, I'm interested. Unless, of course, it's just too weird. :D

If you're interested in my work, feel free to call or send a message. My time is very important to me, remember that when setting dates, please. A two week notice for a cancellation is very much appreciated.

As many of you have already noticed that I haven't been very active on this page. I am officially taking a break from Photography for the foreseeable future to pursue other endeavors. I still have my cameras and props just in case as there are some who should know that I will be close by if they have a killer idea or just want to go out and play sometime.

It's been almost a year since I used this page!
With the uncertainty of the past year or so, and then life doing what it does by taking me out of the state for half a year, I haven't done much with photography until recently.
I will only be available throughout the winter this season.

I hope everyone is faring well during this quarantine.
I, obviously, haven't been taking on anything new during this time and staying close to home, as I hope that everyone else is doing, too. Including my fellow shutterbugs.

Anyway, before this pandemic started I met with my coworker Sherry, and Her family for a few family pictures that I'm just really getting to this week.

This picture cracked me up and I thought I'd share!

This was not a carefully thought out pose, just FYI. The idea I had in mind was much different but they were just so much fun that day.
