Your venue coordinator is your friend and Venue contact, but their focus is the venue. Your wedding coordinator is focused on YOU and making your entire day run smoothly.
We handle your day your way and act as the main contact for your vendors, your décor setup, your ceremony cues-and everything in between.
Think of us as your wedding day hostess.
Both of these roles matter and are very important in making your day run smoothly and efficiently. They may sound the same to many but they both have very different roles and responsibilities. Always check with your Venue Coordinator to make sure all your needs are covered.
Yes - you will need both Coordinating roles to make your day one to remember.
We are here to help you plan your day.

Wonderful weekend for weddings ! This special day was full of beautiful personal touches . Lots of hard work and love went into Ian and Katrina’s big day , it was a pleasure.
