So incredibly proud to cheerlead Maggie’s work on this. She’s been working on a library of skin tones to be able to print mesh, for ALL skin types, and is at the stage she needs community feedback about whether the range is okay or needs further expanding. If you’re heading to Supanova this Saturday and are willing to lend us your arms, I’m going to be helping shade match as many people as we can!
Hey Cosplayers! Maggie from Lumin’s workshop here. Over the past few months I’ve been working on a concept for a product that is 99% nearly ready to go. But here is where I’m reaching out for community feedback and help. If you are coming to Supanova Melbourne this Saturday. We’re putting out a call out for anyone willing to lend me a hand (more so your arm) for 2 minutes for me to snap a photo. This is where it might be a sensitive topic. I am hoping to create a colour matching system to produce skin tone matching mesh fabric what can match anyone and EVERYONE. So the more diverse the photos and feedback is, the better the end result will be.
If you are willing to give us 2 minutes of your time, me (with the red hair) and will be stationed outside Supanova after 11am, hanging around the carpark holding a piece of fabric.
Thank you in advance! 🥰
P.S. we will also be carrying candy ofc
