Fletcher was brilliant to work with on our building job. An older home, he had to work hard to replace the windows and weatherboards, ensuring they were level and matched the rest of the house. We thoroughly recommend the services of FJ Dawson Building. Fletcher has really tidied up our wooden house, replacing old weatherboards, soffits and window surrounds. Really tidy workmanship and efficient use of time and materials. We were really impressed with Fletcher’s problem solving skills and can do attitude to some tricky restoration work. Fletcher replaced our front door external stairs. He showed us examples of stairs that he had previously built and enthusiastically researched the stair design that we settled on that suited our villa. We were so pleased with Fletcher’s attention to detail and the high standard of finish on the very solid stairs he made for us. The stairs look fantastic due to Fletcher’s excellent workmanship. His careful dismantling and reassembly of the existing handrails and balustrades made the stairs look like they have always been there. Fletcher listened to us, was sympathetic with our villa’s needs, organised and completed the job on time. We would highly recommend fletcher and we will Fletcher again
