Last July 30-31, 2025, the College of Teacher Education held its election for the department's council. With an overall total of 1240 voting turnout from it's 2049 student population, the student body has decided. Below are the list of the newly elected set of officers for the CTE Council:

Last July 12, 2025, JCI Cebu along with JJC Sugbo hosted the Youth ACCESS Leadership Summit held at the Cebu City Hall Community Hall. This brought together passionate young leaders and youth-serving organizations for hours filled with meaningful learning and fun! From discovering themselves and what drives them, to exploring their communities and understanding the roles they play as changemakers โ€” each moment was packed with purpose.
