PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: 150 ticket sales is all we needed upfront to make it happen . You wouldn't think that would be a hard goal but We have only sold 15 tickets with only a month left . We weren't even able to gain any sponsor at all.
If we can reach our sales by Friday evening or gain 3 main sponsors we can make it happen .

With Just a 2 man team Teddy and I have stressed ourselves out to point that this decision has been regretfully made . We have been doing alot of thinking and struggling over Badaxe Music Festival and we just can't seem to get things to come together to work out so we have no choice but to cancel this years Festival . Most Festivals are put on by a family or a whole team of people where Badaxe is just us 2 and we have tried our hardest for this . We our truly upset and feel like we have let you down. We reached out for help and support and received some input back from some of you and we do truly appreciate every one of you that were willing to help where you can. It's a scary world and a big gamble to put the show on and not know if you can afford the budget to pay your acts and performers and it just wouldn't be fair or right to move forward knowing there is a chance we may not reach our budget. I hope you all can understand and appreciate our decision. We are working with the ticket company to see what has to be done for ticket refunds and will be in touch with all who already purchased there tickets. We really hope everyone will stick with us for next year as we plan to make it epic and one for the books. We will be doing multiple different things to raise money over the next year to assure that 2025 Badaxe Music Festival is a hit. To all of our performers we apologize and wish you the best of luck and hope we can still have you next year. Some people may be mad and upset with us and we understand but unfortunately the other option is to have unpaid artists or performers and we will not let that happen . We appreciate everyone and hope to continue to have your love and support to make next year 2025 Badaxe Music Festival an epic weekend to remember . Till then we love you all and stay Badaxe!!

The optimistic us wants to say Maybe we'll get 2 or 3 big sponsor or everyone that was planning on going will rally and buy tickets before end of this Friday and we can make it happen. Miracles do happen every now and again.

Donations: anyone who donates $10 or more will receive their name on the banner and a free drink of choice at the festival. This is for any individual or company. Every little bit helps !!

Sponsorship packages:
Tier 1: $50 to $150, bring your banner or sign to to advertise at the festival , get put on the flyer, and a stage mention of your business.

Tier 2: $175 to $250 . Get your name on a stage banner , get a business mention, and 2 free tickets for the weekend

Tier 3: $300 and up receive your name on stage banner , receive 3 free admission tickets for the weekend, a free vendors spot to showcase your buisness or free camping passes it's your choice

Main Sponsorship $500 or more and is limited to only 3 spots. These 3 spots will include sponsor of the day on one of the days , 4 free tickets each , your name on our main stage banner , free vendor spot & camping , company name on festival shirts , individual banner of your company to be placed around the venue. You will get multiple public mentions through the event

Life has been tough lately . A Festival is alot of work and with only a 2 man team its nearly impossible. We try our best but we both have full time jobs and families to care for . This is our 3rd year holding Badaxe Music fest and we are just struggling. We apologize for the lack of communication and appreciate all of the patients. We would love to make this year happen and continue to grow but we just can't do it without support and help . WE CAN MAKE THIS HAPPEN BUT WE NEED YOU . if you or someone you know would like to be part of our Badaxe team and keep this show going contact us asap. We need volunteers for the show and for setup . Please share the word and ask around. We would love to have 2 or 3 people join our team and form a committee to help out . We don't do Badaxe Music fest for the money we do it for the experience and life long memories. For the last 2 years we have paid for the festival out of our own pockets to make it happen and not even broke even in the end but we know all good things take time. As I stated in the beginning life has been tough lately & we're just having a hard time with the budget. Donations are awesome and we'll always appreciate them but we're not looking for handouts . if you know someone who is willing to sponsor the show and get some business exposure and help the cause send them our way . We have sponsor packages starting at only $50. We have never had sponships before and we think this could help alot . All of our wonderful people from past and current shows from our fans & vendors to artists & performers you all have been awsome and we count on you to make all this possible. Let's pull together and make this a summer to remember. Ticket sales are scary and always will be . The ticket sales are what we count on to make it happen. I'll ask one last thing from everyone , if you could please share & encourage everyone to pre purchase tickets through our link below and help us get our pre-sales up it would reduce the stress and help us greatly, but the best part Is you'll save money at the gate by purchasing your tickets ahead of time online. We really want to make it happen but we just can't do it alone so let's pull together and have a Badaxe time .
