Meet our Jr. Sous-Chef Amyah Wills (Bellevue, NE)
Amyah has been cooking since she was 6 years old, helping her parents cook their traditional Sunday Dinner. From then on, Amyah continued to spend time in the kitchen with her parents and developed a true passion for cooking. She went from making scrambled eggs with bacon to golden fried chicken. The rumor is, ‘you can literally taste her love and dedication for cooking in every bite. ‘

When asked why she enjoys cooking, she replied with a big smile, "Well, I just love it a lot and I love cooking with my mom." The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, her mother, LaTotiana Wills (Head Cook/Owner), also started cooking at a very young age. Now 11, Amyah has been titled second in command at Bettie Jean's Kitchen.
