Jess here with some colorful, yummy, healthified comfort food meal prep options for you on this hot August week. ☀️ A few pricing/dietary specifications to note this week so read carefully. Please place orders by Sun noon if possible for delivery Tuesday 8/6 between 4-6pm. Text or PM to order, Cashapp to $jesshugg1 on delivery. 📦

1- Mexican Street Corn Pasta Salad w/Grilled Chicken (GF/DF available on request)
Family sized $40, individual $10

2- Bourbon Pepper Tri-tip w/roasted root veggie medley + melted tomatoes (GF/DF) Family sized $50, individual $15

3- Kimchi Fried Rice w/bulgogi, topped with Fried chili oil organic eggs (GF/DF)
Family side $50, individual $15

Here with a tasty menu for next week- delivery will be Tuesday 7/30. Homemade, healthified comfort foods delivered to your door - aren’t you smart?? 🤓😜🤩

1- Saucy Organic Chicken Tinga with Spanish-Style Rice, Black Beans + Sweet Potato Pilaf. Choice of flour or corn toasted tortillas. GF/DF

2- Build-A-Gyro w/Beef/Lamb Crispy Gyro Meat, Feta, Tzatziki, Hummus, Fresh Veggies. Served with fresh Greek Chickpea Salad. GF Pita available on request, feta is on side for DF option!

$50 each for family sized, $15 for generous individual portions. Free delivery over $100 otherwise kindly add $7.50.

Free delivery in Redding 7/22 4-6pm with $100 order, otherwise add $6. Family sized $50, generous individual portions for $15.

1- Greek Style Stromboli w/Kalamata olives, feta, salami, fresh tomatoes + red onion. Served with famous house red sauce for dipping. Available GF!

2- Chicken Chimichurri Quinoa Power Bowls w/purple sweet potatoes, charred peppers/onions + creamy avocado chimichurri sauce. GF/DF naturally!

3- Best Ever BLT Chicken Salad w/nitrate-free bacon, heirloom tomatoes, celery, dill pickles, almonds + more! Serve with your own bread/croissants/lettuce - even mix into a pasta salad! Price $40 family, $10 Ind

Don’t you just love the colorful beauty of nature found in healthy, delish, gorgeous foods?! 🌈 Who needs Red #40? Not this chef. 🙅🏼‍♀️ I love crafting meals that look as good as they taste, and it all starts with high quality, fresh, be-a-utiful ingredients like these rainbow carrots, available at your local Trader Joe’s, one of my “homes away from home” lol. 🛒

For delivery Tuesday 5/21 between 4-6pm…In honor of “Eat More Fruit and Veggies Day” I’ve got two delish, loaded veggie dishes for you, you healthy things you! 🌟🥭🥬🍠🫛

1- Whole 30 Vegetarian Power Bowl w/lemon tahini dressing (GF/DF)

2- Thai Rice Noodles with organic ground chicken + sesame ginger rainbow veggies (GF/DF)

Both amazing healthy dishes are available for $50 for a hungry-family portion (5-6 servings) $15 for generous individual. Free Redding delivery for orders over $100 otherwise kindly add $5.

Hi friends! I’ve got an epic little menu of tasty healthified comfort foods available for delivery ⭐️Tuesday 5/7⭐️ between 4-6pm. Please let me know by 6pm Sunday and please note GF/DF or any specific requests for delivery timing/dietary notes.

1- “Pizza” Baked Chicken over Roasted Zucchini Herb Rice Pilaf (GF, DF cheese on request) 🍕🍗

2- Chili-Lime Chicken Carnitas Bowl w/Spiced Sweet Potatoes & Black Beans & charred tomatillo salsa (GF/DF) 🌮 🍠

1- Cacio e Pepe w/house meatballs in house tomato basil sauce, served with fresh bruschetta skewers (GF option, sorry no DF) 🍝

2- Cowboy Turkey Burger Sliders w/roasted ranch potatoes + peppers, house pickles and chipotle secret sauce (GF, DF on request) 🍔

Pricing as usual $50 for family size, $15 generous individual. Fully cooked and at your door between 4-6pm Monday 4/29. Please order by Sunday noon if possible! Remember these make amazing meal train gifts as well. Enjoy this lovely sunny weekend friends! ☀️

Excited to open up a few more spots in my personal chef/meal prep books, starting next week 4/22 - ongoing. Many of you have experienced my meals from the weekly delivery menu or special events, here's the chance to "take it up a notch" and have my services on a more regular, personalized basis. I am looking to add 2-3 weekly clients to my roster, in place of the weekly "on demand" delivery menu for the next few months and beyond. How would this look, you ask?! Lets chat! Lots of options for dietary restrictions, family-friendly, portions, schedule, budget, etc. For example: client (that's you!!) reimburses groceries directly + time at an agreed upon budget and delivery schedule, around your specific dietary needs, even complicated ones! ;) Another example: We come up with a menu of 12-15 seasonal items and you choose 2-3 meals weekly to be delivered on a set schedule, price includes grocery + time + delivery. One more? I provide 3 dinners/week as well as by request special items/service for special events/holidays/hosting. The possibilities are endless! I'm looking for longer term, regular clients where I can really get to know you and care for your specific culinary needs and serve you well in your season. Hi friends! 👋 Jess here, back with a tasty weekly menu of fully-cooked, delish, healthified comfort foods for you and your family. Delivery will be 4/15 between 4-6pm - please let me know by noon Sunday which ones you’d like, along with any GF/DF/special requests. Unless otherwise noted, all meals are $50 for a 5-6 serving family portion and $15 for a generous individual serving, free delivery in Redding for $100+ orders otherwise its a $5 add on.

1 - Hawaiian-Ginger Glazed Grilled Boneless Pork Chops w/ pineapple-scallion fried rice (GF/DF!)

2 - Carne Asada Tacos w/cilantro-lime black beans + rice w/charred peppers/onions - choice corn or flour tortilla (GF/DF w/corn choice, cojita cheese on side)

3 - Baked Caesar Chicken Breasts w/roasted herby summer squash + burst cherry tomatoes (GF on request)

As usual, $5 delivery charge if you’re under $100, $50 for a large 4-6 family size portion and $15 for a generous individual perfect for singles, lunches on the go or specialized diets. All meals are fully cooked and ready for you to enjoy! Be sure to note any GF/DF requests and I’ll be sure to accommodate as I can. 🌷

1- Pan-Fried Blackened Red Snapper w/caramelized upside down cornbread and bacon-almond green beans ☀️ (GF/DF on request no up charge!)

2- Beef Baby Back Ribs w/house BBQ and roasted hot honey golden and sweet potatoes 🍠 (GF, DF on request)

3- “Marry Me Chicken” w/crusty bread and roasted broccoli w/shallots 💍 (GF, DF on request)
