Did you know that as well as running Be More Dandelion | The Dandelion Project, I also get to teach with some brilliant organisations doing amazing things in the community?

This summer is full. Full of movement, connection, collaboration – and I’m here for all of it.

These aren’t my classes – I’m just lucky enough to be involved! Check out the poster images for all the details!

✨ Dance Network Association have invited louise dance and I to co-lead their 5-week Coffee & Choreography sessions in Wivenhoe – a super relaxed, welcoming space with music, movement and actual coffee. It kicks off again next week.

✨ S.O.S DANCE have been my dance home for the past 7 years – and I still can’t believe I get to teach their monthly Lyrical session with Saana Tea. No experience needed, just bring yourself.

✨ I’ll also be at the All About Kids - Colchester and Surrounding Areas Festival on 14 June with a free taster and a Dandelion Project stand – so if you’re around, come and say hi!

✨ And on 11 July, I’m running a free Survivor Steps taster in Greenstead for anyone curious about using movement as a way to reconnect with themselves after tough relationships.

So whether you’re looking for a soft space to move, a way back into community, or just want to try something new – there’s a little bit of everything here.

Survivor work will always be at the heart of what I do – but I’m proud to be part of wider spaces where people feel safe to move, express and belong.

Where will I be seeing you next? 🌼

Do you ever find yourself second-guessing your feelings?

Like wondering, ā€œAm I overreacting?ā€ or ā€œIs it really a big deal?ā€

Have past relationships left you questioning your own decisions, emotions, or even your gut instinct?

It’s not just you.

So many women I meet are brilliant, strong, and capable—but years of walking on eggshells, gaslighting, or emotional overwhelm have shaken their trust in themselves.

They say things like:
šŸ‘‰ ā€œI don’t even know what I feel anymore.ā€
šŸ‘‰ ā€œI used to be so confident—what happened to me?ā€
šŸ‘‰ ā€œI want to trust myself again, but I don’t know where to start.ā€

That’s why I’ve created something new.
A space. A toolkit. A way back to yourself.

🧔 Comment or DM ā€˜TOOLBOX’ if you’re ready to change the way you listen to your gut, make choices, and trust your feelings again.

You’ll be the first to hear when it launches, and I’ll send you a personal message to get you on the list. We’ll walk this next part together.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone anymore.

Hey

If you’ve been thinking about joining our Survivor Steps programme in September but you’re not quite sure yet… come along to our free taster session on Friday 11th July at Greenstead Community Centre.

It’s super relaxed — we’ll have a bit of movement (nothing scary, I promise!), some coffee, and a chance to chat. You’ll get to meet me, the other teachers, and a few women who’ve done the course before.

No pressure, just a really lovely morning to get a feel for what we’re about — and see if it’s something that might be right for you.

If you’re curious, pop me a message or drop a šŸ’› in the comments and I’ll send you the details.

Would love to see you there x

Trauma doesn’t just break your heart — it breaks your self-trust.

You start doubting your choices.
Your worth.
Even your instincts.

But you’re not broken.
You’re healing.
And that takes courage.

I’m building the tools I wish I had — and they might help you too.

DM me TOOLKIT to join the waitlist for something very special coming this autumn.

You are enough. Always. šŸ’›

Have you ever felt like you lost your spark — and you’re not sure how to get it back?

I’ve created something to help women like you rebuild confidence, reconnect with your body, and feel safe again — on your terms.

It’s not therapy. It’s not a fitness class.

I’m launching this autumn.

And it changed my brain chemistry — I finally understood that setting boundaries isn’t selfish, it’s survival.

This one thing has completely changed how I see relationships in my 30s — especially over the last six months in counselling.

For so long, I thought saying ā€œnoā€ or putting up a boundary meant I was being difficult or unloving. I’d push myself to keep everyone else comfortable, even when it drained me. I thought if I wasn’t always available or giving, people would walk away.

But I’ve learnt something huge: boundaries aren’t walls to keep people out, they’re the fences that protect your space to heal, grow, and be yourself.

When I started practising real boundaries — saying no without guilt, speaking up when something didn’t feel right — it changed everything. I felt lighter, more honest, more in control. And honestly, it taught me who truly respects and values me.

I’m still learning, but this mindset shift is one of the biggest I’ve had in years.

What about you? Has setting boundaries ever changed your life? Or is there something else that’s shifted your brain in the last 10 years? Drop your thoughts — I’d love to know.🌼

I’m building something new — and I’d love your input.

It’s called The Dandelion Toolkit — a gentle, empowering resource for women who’ve experienced difficult or emotionally draining relationships.

It’s designed to help with things like:
• Overwhelm + anxiety
• Confidence after trauma
• Boundaries (especially when it feels hard)
• And rebuilding trust in yourself, in your own time

Before I finalise anything, I’d love to hear from the women it’s actually for.

If you’ve ever felt like you lost a part of yourself after a toxic or unhealthy relationship, would you take 2 minutes to share your experience (anonymously)?

It means the world. Thank you.

What exactly is Survivor Steps – and is it for you?

This 6-week programme is for any woman who’s been through a difficult or abusive relationship and wants to feel safe in her body again.

It’s not therapy. It’s not a dance class.
It’s a space to gently explore movement, reconnect with yourself, and realise you’re not alone.

No pressure. No judgement.

Just calm, connection, and compassionate support.

It’s completely free – and spaces are limited.

If this sounds like what you need, or you know someone who might benefit, please share or tag them.

If you’re healing from a difficult relationship, emotional abuse, or just trying to feel like you again… this page is for you.

Here’s the truth: you don’t have to wait until you feel ready. You can start small, today.

6 Things You Can Do Right Now to Begin Your Healing Journey:
1. Name it – This happened. You are allowed to acknowledge it.
2. Move gently – Movement helps release stored emotion. It doesn’t have to be intense.
3. Seek safety – Healing happens in relationship. One safe person is enough.
4. Set a small boundary – Boundaries signal to your body that you’re safe now.
5. Limit triggers – You are allowed to mute, unfollow, avoid and protect your peace.
6. Rest – Rest is not lazy. It’s essential. Your body needs recovery, not punishment.

At The Dandelion Project, we offer trauma-aware support through movement and connection.

Our Survivor Steps programme is created specifically for people like you – those looking for a gentle, empowering way back to themselves.

Movement has always been my language - a way to express what words sometimes can't.

It's why Survivor Steps exists and why we’re so passionate about using dance and movement to help survivors of domestic abuse rebuild trust, confidence and resilience.

In our latest blog, our founder, Fi Bool’s explore how movement can be a tool for healing, allowing emotions to be processed in a way that feels safe and empowering.

She shines a light on some of Be More Dandelion: The Dandelion Project recent work that featured in Healthwatch Essex Trauma Exhibition at The Minories and is currently on display University of Suffolk.

Movement isn't just exercise for physical health, it isn't solely for your mental health. It goes far beyond this. A way to reclaim your body, your story and your strength.

Let’s be honest… healing is HARD.

It’s messy. It’s painful. And some days, it feels impossible.

But here’s the truth: You don’t have to do it alone.

Movement is one of the most powerful tools to release trauma, regain trust in your body, and rebuild your confidence—and that’s exactly why we created The Dandelion Project.

You deserve support. You deserve healing. And you deserve to feel like YOU again.
