I need your feedback 🙂
As you know, I'm the chef at the golf club, and I'd like to know what kind of restaurant the majority of you would most likely dine at. Do you travel outside of town for your dining needs? If so where? Last year during the off-season I offered a multi-course table d'haute style rotating menu on weekends (casual fine dining). However, there was a lot of interest in my steakhouse style menu, especially seafood.
I've been in the industry for 20+ plus years, and spent most of my culinary career downtown Ottawa. My background is mostly steakhouse, seafood, fine dining/casual fine dining, events and weddings. Would you dine at the golf club restaurant if we served something you enjoy, and were open during the winter? I'd love to hear from you.
