🎉 Let's celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Alliance Française of Kathmandu with an unforgettable Fête de la Musique! 🎶
The Fête de la Musique is an iconic event for us, having seen the rise of talents like Kutumba and serving as an annual platform for young Nepali musicians, showcasing all styles of music. This year, we've pulled out all the stops to offer you an exceptional day on FRIDAY, JUNE 21st.

📅 Program of the day:
Lunch with music 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Start the day with a French lunch accompanied by Gypsy Swing music from Hot Club Patan () at the Bistrot (free concert, lunch upon reservation, menu to come).
2:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Relax in the garden with pétanque & molky, to the sounds of folk and jazz music by The Phoenix and Ghugu Mugu.
4:30 PM - 6:30 PM: Join us for a cheese aperitif Himalayan French Cheese on our rooftop with Nami (.adhikari) and admire the sundown with the electro music of KaN (.music)
Evening in the garden from 6:30 PM: Don’t miss Kutumba featuring & Anna Stirr (Nepali Folk). Then, discover two amazing musicians from the French indie pop band UltraRomance (), who have worked with five Nepali musicians to present their second EP live for the 1st time. Enjoy a blues rock ambiance with Satish Sthapit Blues Explosion, and vibe to the hip-hop rhythms of Amazumi accompanied by Kathmandu Jazz Conservatory musicians.
After party: End the evening beautifully with at the indoor auditorium to keep the moment going…
