I want to make it very clear that this is a vetted event. We are looking for unique items and only one vendor of each item. For example, one each DS (Tupperware, Papperazzi) crafters (metal art, t-shirts, sublimation tumblers, jewelry, baby blankets). This allows the 50 or fewer vendors to make money without competition. Therefore, 50 and under vendors are not enough to have duplicates.
Due to some park changes, we have to adjust the vendor layout and the number we will have room for. So, if I have sent you an application, turn it in. Please try to turn in your insurance and business license simultaneously, as this makes for more work on our part to get all the paperwork married up.
We will have a "vendor row" like last year, but please know that most of you will not be up in the trees. It is reserved for informational and Nonprofit organizations.
The following vendor items are filled:
*All DS spots are filled ( there is a limited number we are going to take this year)
*Blankets
*Sublimination Tumbers
* Printed T-shirts (we are looking for Tie-Dye)
* Crystals
* Hats
*Soap
We are currently looking for a Taco Truck.
Thank you for your support and understanding.

I would like to share will all of you the importance of "Branding." Branding allows your customers to find you again to buy more of your fantastic products. Branding does not need to be expensive.
Below is an example that I received in my email tonight. I was able to connect a customer with the vendor in moments.
"Hello Jody-
I am trying to get a hold of a small ceramics vendor at the Oregon Trail days to order more. Here is a photo of the little mushrooms and gnomes that she sold two for five dollars. Also, the carton that came with it but I could not find it on the Internet using anything from the carton. I love supporting local artists and she was from around here. Thank you for any information you may be able to provide.
D. K."
These are the 2 pictures the customer sent with the email. As soon as I saw the sticker Wooden Cat uses I knew who the vendor was and was able to get her another sale or two.
